5. This CD is good for finding an entry into folk music, presenting a wide range of different groups and performances. It can introduce you to groups and performing styles that suit your taste. With that in mind, the selection is obviously bound to contain some tracks that you will not like at all, the more so because a couple of them aren't /5(2).

7. Like its predecessor Young Fogies this is a superb collection of string band tunes by (mostly) contemporary artists -at least they were contemporary when it was released. I love both albums because they provided the names and sounds of artists I was unfamiliar with, and I was able to go looking for albums of many of these musicians.5/5(1).
